The “Celebrating My City Traffic Police” campaign was conceptualized by CMCA to foster civic responsibility among young citizens while acknowledging the crucial role played by the Traffic Police in ensuring urban road safety and public order. The initiative aimed to build empathy, awareness, and respect for civic institutions through direct engagement between students and the city’s Traffic Police personnel.

 

With over 60 students and 50 traffic police personnel interacting closely, the event featured engaging conversations on road safety, real-life experiences, and shared responsibilities on the road. Today, more than ever, civic sense and mutual understanding between people and the police are essential to building safer cities.
